To qualify for this promotion, you must sign up and get approved for a new Elavon merchant account from March 1 – April 30, 2026, and activate the account by May 31, 2026. The account must have at least 30 days of processing by June 30, 2026. Costco Executive Members will receive a $300 Digital Costco Shop Card for a new, active Elavon account. Costco Gold Star and Business members are eligible for a $200 Digital Costco Shop Card for a new, active Elavon account. Merchant accounts have to be activated and actively accepting payment transactions for a minimum of 30 days and be in an open status at the time of the award. The Digital Costco Shop Card will be emailed 12 weeks after account activation. Digital Costco Shop Cards are not accepted at Costco Gas Stations, Car Washes or Food Court Kiosks.
